Delivery & Returns

We ship worldwide. Usually we ship within 24 hours of ordering, but we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or during public (Dutch) holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

The shipping fees depend on your location and on the weight of your order. We can send international orders up to 20kg (44lbs). For larger orders please contact us.

For orders outside the European Union the purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has been shipped. This email will contain a tracking number, so you will be able to track your parcel and see any updates about the delivery.

Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that your order has met your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund.
Returned items should be in ‘ new’ condition: the goods have not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively used. We cannot refund goods that are not returned in good condition. All items should be returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded. It will take up to 15 business days for you to be refunded after we have received your item in good order.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) should be obtained when returning any item.
